A cozy 36 sqm studio apartment, perfect for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a renovated building.
The property is situated a short distance from Taormina's historic center (pedestrian zone), about a 10-minute walk from the Ancient Theatre and less than a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral. The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom. ***Round-trip transfer service from Catania Airport available*** The interior layout is as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils), dining table, and sofa; - SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, TV, chest of drawers, and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with a shower enclosure (raised step), sink, bidet, and toilet. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, A/C (one split unit), washing machine (in the bathroom), coat rack, iron and ironing board, drying rack, mosquito nets, and hairdryer. *PLEASE NOTE: RENOVATION WORK IS CURRENTLY UNDERWAY ON THE TERRACE ABOVE THE APARTMENT* PLEASE NOTE: - There are CCTV cameras pointed at the entrance door outside the apartment. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay; there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants. Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the City Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as required by the Municipality of Taormina). We use this procedure to verify your details and documents and to transmit the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the official Italian system for registering guests. You can find full details on the official website: alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it. The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74; Ministerial Decree 383 of 6 October 2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating season and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations. Taormina (Climate Zone B): 7 hours per day from 8 December to 23 March. For all check-ins between 20:30 and 00:00, a surcharge applies, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows: From 20:30 to 22:30: EUR 25 From 22:30 to 00:00: EUR 35 Check-ins after 00:00 cannot be arranged, even for an additional fee. Nádherné místo v historickém centru města.
Komunikace s personálem naprosto bez problémů. Paní mi poslala dokonce video, jak se do apartmánu dostat.

Bliskost centra kada idete prema njemu tamo ste za 10 min ali zato povratak zbog uzbrdice traje barem duplo vise.
Lokacija apartmana je zabrinjavajuca, tolika uzbrdica da je to opasnost.
Doci do gore autom nije lako pogotovo ako niste vjest vozac i ako vozite manualni auto.

L'appuntamento accogliente e pulito. Tutto è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
Il posteggio... ahimè .. scomodo sia per mettere l'auto sia per portare in casa le valigie. D'altronde vista la situazione parcheggi meno male che c'è.
