Cozy apartment ideal for 3 people and equipped with all comforts including WIFI, air conditioning and two balconies.
The accommodation is conveniently located, a 10-minute walk from the historic center, in an area equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
It is just a 2-minute walk from the University of Bari and 600 meters from the central station.
Quintino Sella station, with connection to the airport, is 500 meters away. The apartment of about 50 sqm is located on the first floor of a building without elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster and microwave - Living room with dining table, sofa, 32 "TV and split A / C - Bedroom with double bed, single bed, two wardrobes and chest of drawers - Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with hand shower and shower curtain - 2 balconies (three steps to access them). The entrance door is equipped with a smart security lock with the use of a code, which will be provided at check-in. Additional facilities available for the guests: Iliad Fibra UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via split, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 150 meters. - FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 500m from the flat. - FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 7 minutes. - IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines.
It is possible to park for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti car park, in Via Scipione Crisanzio 1 / B, a 3-minute walk from the flat.

Ubicación y amplitud de la habitación, cocina genial
El baño es terrorifico e incomodo.
La ducha tenía una especie de bañera con un escalón que no te cabían bien los pies. Le recomiendo quitarlo un plato de ducha es más cómodo aunque sea pequeño. El extractor de aire del baño se traba y hace un ruido terrible.

La ubicación exelente
El baño, chico ,incómodo, y peligroso. La ducha a cm de la llave de luz,un peligro, la bañera chica y con desnivel que sumado a la cortina de baño larga hacia ,casi imposible bañarse cuidando el equilibrio para no caerse, el baño es tan chico que los artefactos lo ocupan en su totalidad,

Le logement est très sympa, assez spacieux et bien équipé . L'installation dans l'appartement c'est bien passé, l'hôte est disponible et serviable
Il manque juste dans la cuisine, quelques couverts, spatules, accessoires et torchons parce qu'il a des casseroles et des sauteuses. La baignoire sabot n'est vraiment pas pratique
