A charming and practical space, ideal for up to 3 guests, perfect for couples, friends or small families. The studio features a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony, perfect for enjoying fresh air and the local atmosphere.
Its smart layout ensures a comfortable stay for short or long visits. ⚠️ Important: the building has no elevator, access is by stairs only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please be informed that renovation works are being carried out on the building’s façade and on all balconies.
For this reason, from September 3rd, the balcony will not be available for use and will not be accessible for safety reasons. We greatly appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience these works may cause during your stay. Surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants, theaters and close to Montjuïc, with excellent public transport connections, this studio is an ideal base to experience Barcelona like a local. Please take into account the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. -Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation.
It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.

Montjuïc and green areas A few steps away you can enjoy Montjuïc, an area full of gardens, museums and viewpoints.
You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its night-time light and water show.
