IMPORTANT: THE BUILDING HAS NO ELEVATOR, which is essential to consider before booking, especially if you travel with heavy luggage, people with reduced mobility, or strollers. This apartment is perfect for couples or travelers looking for a central, bright, and characterful space to enjoy Barcelona comfortably and peacefully. Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Travel cot: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation.
It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight it will be 80 euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after midnight it will be €80. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). Guest access Guests have access to all the apartment.
